Management & Staff

The home is run by a team of 35 staff led by the Manager, Vicky Greig.

Vicky has worked for over 20 years across the private, public and voluntary sectors, particularly in social and health care. Previous experience includes working for an NHS hospital trust and for United Response, a large national provider of residential care and supported living arrangements. She is an experienced manager who lives in Twickenham and has good links with the local authority and the local community

We have a team of specialist nurses who provide 24/7 nursing care and who have particular responsibility for liaising with the myriad of health and social care professionals who our residents need to support them. The nurses are managed by our Deputy Manager, Zoe Nene, who is a highly experienced community nurse and her role is to set the standards of nursing care and monitor these.

Our Support Workers are chosen because of their personal passion for and interest in the work that they do; they are all lively and enthusiastic individuals, who understand fully the need to provide a highly professional service to the residents whilst doing so with warmth and understanding.
